Once a package is identified as delivered it usually means it was dropped at the correct location. If the package says ‘delivered’ but you have not received it, please file a claim with the appropriate courier, the name of the courier and the tracking number are provided with your order confirmation. If your item has been deemed missing or lost but says ‘delivered’ we encourage you to file a claim. Please allow 14 business days for a claim to be processed by the courier company. We are NOT responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. If a package is returned to us, it will not be shipped out again for an additional 4-5 business days and at the buyers expense. UK - WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
1. courier service. Larger orders will be dispatched via transportation specialists.
2.On average International deliveries can take appropriately 5-10 working days from dispatch. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and occasionally may take longer for your parcel to reach you, especially over busy periods. Most delays are caused by Customs in your country holding parcels for clearance. As much as we would like to be able to help, once an item has entered Customs we cannot do much else but wait. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
3.OUR POSTAL AND PACKAGING FEES ARE FREE on all orders world wide. These terms and conditions do not apply to commercial orders.
4.Please note you will be liable for import duties, local taxes and clearance fees due before your parcel is delivered to you.
5.DISCLAIMER: If any order weighs more than 2 kilo there will be additional postage fees.
Returns are acceptable within 7 days of delivery. The packaging and contents of the products must be unopened and not tampered with.
